Pdude, Laurent, I agree with you both. Given the current situation I think management has done a good job, stabilizing the US market, and negotiating reimbursement in Europe. I do think Dr. Denner should have representation on the board. I will not vote for 7 seats and the replacement of the COB. I also agree with JRoon. I haven't heard his plan yet. Management has given a plan. I think it will work. If Denner doesn't provide his strategy publicly, I can't back him for that much control.
