Further correspondence from PACER. They have now admitted that search pages are the same as pages in a document. But then they put in italics:

I'm pretty sure the bot is set to scam mode. There is an earth to overhaul, Northwest Biotherapeutics proves that.

Furthermore, there are 3 places you can view the fee structure, but only the contract you signed matters, imo.

This website says a search is $30 well so much for that quarterly waiving of fees for under $30.
Is America nutritionally deficient or are they just really fat and have brain damage? If consistency is necessary for our GMP facility, we should be able to expect it of them.
