The question concerns how to characterize a subsidiary in a Form 10-12g... I think that answers your question, but I'm not entirely sure. I think the question is how will the SEC want to see a subsidiary described if the parent company, which is filing its Form 10-12g, owns a high percentage of shares (but not 100%).
