I hear you. I wanted to see responses to my post (hence one last post) ..

I may vote Sarissa .. but I do think he would have had more support last year than now - he only increased his holding recently by about 5% and I personally would have been all on board last year.

As to Rose - same point - why wait and allow mgmt to destroy more value .. and then when mgmt seems to be making some progress come in with the proxy. I still don't get it.

But don't respond to me anymore I have said my piece. I think we should all read the proxy and then vote where our brains / hearts tell us. That's how our system works and hopefully it will result in us all making out well on our investment.
