There’s an exclusivity clock running
Currently Germany will not reimburse for Vazkepa
France, Spain and Italy are currently in negotiations.
Leading Cardiologists in France are advocating for reimbursement so there’s a good chance there

Even if France , Italy and Spain agree to reimburse , its at least 2 yrs before KM and team will get those markets to breakeven

NVS with an established CAD sales infrastructure in the EU will do it far faster …. And Denner is the one to make that deal happen if he had those major EU countries providing reimbursement
