I think you are close to what Denner would try to accomplish. As sad and depressing as a $5 BO would be to so many of us, we have to be realistic. If the company continues as it has been, the chance is very real that the company goes kaput. Sales in the US, although stabilized for the last couple of months, will ultimately continue to lose to the Generics. EU is a disaster. No sales and the biggest country has denied reimbursement. Time is ticking.

I definitely still have hope we can get more than $5 for our little company, but I would rather get $5 than lose the entire investment and have to declare $3,000 cap losses yearly till eternity.
