From my experience with Denner … I owned MDCO before he got control.
If he gets control of the BOD he will move to slash costs , dump any program like a statin combo that might eat $ …. And drive down as far as needed the price to the major EU markets to get reimbursement.

Once he gets the best EU reimbursement he can get … he’ll try to sell to a Co like NVS for the tensing years of exclusivity.

Denner will not GIA in the EU if he can get the reimbursements he needs
He may be happy just to get his $ back as right now he is really underwater
