I'd say that I am 99% certain that there are no naked shorts in DBMM!
I am less certain about GTII, but having witnessed DBMM's trading at the time in question... nothing seemed suspicious AT ALL to me...
The pump was far more suspicious than the dump! FAR MORE!
The difficulty and number of parties that would have to have been involved are just so damn far fetched... there isn't enough tinfoil in Walmart warehouses to make a hat to make me believe it!!
And it isn't like Kramer had many friends then... and certainly doesn't now!
