I believe that a variety of people, including NWBO management, own options that can shortly be cashed in with the authorization of 500 million additional shares. If management pushes to have these shares issued to those holding the options I believe they'll bring in roughly $100 million dollars.

The warrant and option conversions will bring in something like $10M. That is based on the 2022 conversion rate where all options and 40% warrants were cashless.

Good news is, once they exercise cashless that frees up shares to be sold.
