If Mark cannot get MIKP trading and quoted again, then 99% of us won't be able to trade anyway, in which case many of these points may be true, but moot.
If he does get MIKP trading and quoted again, you'll have been proven wrong on those points.
Also, regarding financing, I think you'll find that there are multiple ways for Mark to get that done. Perhaps a modest increase in A/S happens, but that is not necessarily going to be the case. I definitely disagree with your certainty over particular paths forward. We really don't know which of Mark's many options he will choose. We also don't know how close or far he is from actually monetizing one or more of his properties. There's a lot more to be revealed here. But the first step is for Mark to get this trading and quoted.
