And he offers little insight into some important things like why did he file a materially deficient Form 10? Does MIKP have an approved 211 and who was the sponsor? If not, who will be? What auditor is he using for the company financials and when will they be done?

THEREIN lies the RUB!! At some point, he'll HAVE TO DISCLOSE. I don't believe he has the funds to SUPPORT what NEEDS doing (beyond the $5,000 or $7,500 "needed" -- that some shareholder(s) disclosed & confirmed the CEO claimed needing -- if true) & that's JUST FOR STARTERS...

And MOST ESPECIALLY, whereas a sponsor is concerned -- for getting OFF the grey "expert market" -- who will take the risk vouching? In this current OTC environment, on a stock with ~2.4Billion shares out: I don't see where the funds, NOR the MM support will come from (NOT JUST to file but) to file & MAINTAIN "filing & auditing" status...

The ASSETS will also have to be audited -- & that usually requires an entertainment industry specialist; which means additional costs to VERIFY any value there too. The BIGGEST hurdle may be sponsor (even if they get shareholders to fund the transition): Who, in this more regulated OTC-environment, is going to sponsor this ticker?

I just don't see the risk-reward FOR THEM... And the likelihood of a R/S forthcoming is HIGH considering the ticker lacks ANY REVENUES & has ~2.4Billion shares out. Which means ANY FUNDING to continue would LIKELY MEAN more shares going out & (at this low price) an INCREASE in the A/S is also EXTREMELY LIKELY. I don't think THAT is up for debate.

However, always like to see shareholders getting unstuck so rooting for them & the CEO to get it together! In situations like this, that's USUALLY what it takes. Otherwise, this CEO MAY NOT be able to proceed (for the near to longer term) WITHOUT doing an R/S & resetting his ability to quickly attract capital by distributing NEW SHARES.... That's how I see it.
