Insisting that I reply merits my response. The Order Instituting Proceedings is still in effect. The Initial Decision by A.L.J. Foelak is under Petition For Review.

Until a FINAL Decision is rendered DBMM is still at risk of revocation which makes the post quite relevant.

I have used courteous discretion to NOT POST repetitively on this board. Actually, I have posted only 77 times since 2008......not thousands of times.....link below for proof.

I can easily increase my post count to answer EVERY reply to my posts......and all of my posts would be negative while the PFR is still outstanding.
