If they elect not to, then the games can begin. Though discovery can be a while, so not much would be known soon.

If they elect to file a motion, then we will see the motion end of Feb. Then NWBO's reply mid April them defendants reply to that May. Do not know how long it typically takes a Judge to render a decision on the motion.
