Thats the rebub side of the Bothsidism.......Instead of being tribal about it, listen to 'their' concerns, that is what I would hope the dems would do instead of denying any fault....You just can't fix problems using a tribal attitude....

Pay is only a small part, they are true public servants, knowing they would never be rich, but am sure they'd like to have a comfortable living without fear as many others would too....
