Insolvent companies who liquidate and can’t pay more than a fraction of their debts will never come back or restructure this is very basic info everyone knows.

BioAmber had over $80 mil of debt they couldn’t pay. Had no offers in the first SISP that included an LOI and deposit. In the second SISP BioAmber got multiple offers to purchase the assets, part of the assets OR the shares. The only offers received were fit the assets and various parts of the assets but just as in the first SISP there were no offers for the shares, the corp or to take BioAmber on as a going concern. So the highest offer was accepted in the best interest to all and that was LCYB for $4.34 mil. LCYB purchased all the tangible and intangible assets leaving an empty shell loaded with debt and worthless shares.
There are no secret deals LOL!!
There is no restructuring as again nobody wanted the failure of a company
Shareholders lost their investment again insolvent and liquidated for a fraction of BioAmber debt is the end not a windfall for investors LMFAO!!
