Also go to soliccapital.com Q42018 and you will find Bioamber listed under 363 sale with description of being aquirred by Lcy chemical through it's affiliates Lcy biotechnology from Naxos capital partners for an undisclosed sum, the delay in being aquired was because KKR closed the Lcy chemical buyout in 2019, KKR could not have bought Bioamber with it's own name because the law is you can only aquire a business in liquidation only if you are in the same business and continue operations by restructuring it and paying out it's debt to creditors, in the acceptable buyout must include the buyout of Bioamber's shares
