We’ll have to agree to disagree on that point. BP comes in at all stages — I believe something like 90% of BP deals are pre phase 3.

Possibly true (I have no source), but in the case of NWBO, LP is not willing to accept the much lower price that that a "pre phase 3" (now a post phase 3) deal with BP would entail as she has made perfectly clear. "Come with your checkbook"! So, we are ;lekely not looking at a deal with BP before at least a BLA is filed or more likely until after the first RA approval and perhaps the start of commercialization. At this point, the fact that some BP deals happen before PIII is totally irrelevant.
