That study you site has nothing to do with opioids, it compares one NSAID to another.
So that is an actual obfuscation. Nobody considers arcoxia too powerful.
The point is that BIEL does not appear to have clinical evidence of its ability to reduce the use of opioids in the outpatient surgery or ambulatory care space.
All other arguments are as you put it, obfuscation.
