The problem, of course, is the NOPAIN bill specifically requires proof of opioid use reduction, not proof of analgesic use reduction. It's a simple bill with simple black-and-white wording. Not much wiggle room there.
It's free to pump the hype on Facebook and LinkedIn, which I fully expect Kelly and Keith to do, but I doubt they will bother to actually hire a CMS biller/coder or pay money to argue their case with the CMS. The hype on social media is free but anything further would cost money, and the one thing BIEL doesn't have is money, especially if CanCapital called in that non-convertible $140,000 loan that matured on 12/17/2022.
