Their product is shares at discounted price that the retail investor has paid for so the F&F can
profit!! What a BS 8-K does nothing but gives more time to dilute. Duffy can't get anymore money to finish the BS MC JV. Couldn't even scrape together the needed $10 mil for XTI so how can anyone think he can finance a $100 mil for the XTI merger. NOTHING BUT A SCAM. I guess some won't accept anything that points this out but more and more are.
