I can see the temptation to make some bearish bets, but by merely going to cash/T-Bills you not only avoid the risk of losing money, you also get a guaranteed 4%. Not to sound like a broken record, but at minimum I would avoid 3X since any mistakes are hugely magnified. As Buffett says - Rule #1 of investing - 'Don't lose money' :o)
