12 weeks is the end of the first trimester and that's what said Roe I believe......

The original Roe was 26 weeks when a baby can possibly survive outside the womb.

Why can't you understand that many women don't know they're pregnant until later? Some women don't show until the 7th or 8th month and continue to get their periods throughout pregnancy. Why do you want to punish these women and why have you decided on this 12 week arbitrary number? Who are YOU to determine when a woman should start her family? Are you willing to adopt these children that you're forcing women to carry to term? Unless you are, you really should have no say-so in any of this.
