Don't forget the Child Tax Credit which lasted for a year and brought many families out of poverty.

Or the ACA which allows a parent to carry their child on their health insurance plan until they hit 26.

The above helped working families who were just getting by prior to 2008.

And why in hell is the minimum wage still stuck at $7.25.
