Think about why there was a need for those.......What people once could afford for themselves

Most of that is cake to replace self sufficiently...

Infrastructure and Chips are great and Biden has added must be made in America to some, to his credit......I like Biden, he is a good man.....But in modern politics the base wags the leaders too much..

Usually I go back to how we go where we are to understand why we are where we are....More importantly how to use that to get beyond our present division....
