I agree with Roe v.........Nothing after 12 weeks with an exception for the mothers health....

Why at 12 weeks? A baby isn't viable then. Some women don't even know they're pregnant at 12 weeks.,....why are you forcing women who have been brutally raped by a maniac father, brother or drunk boyfriend to carry a baby to term? Are you going to force the rapists to start paying child support at conception. What if the baby is born without a skull and the doctors don't find out until 20 weeks. Should the mother have to carry that baby for 20 more weeks, only to have it die right after birth? Doesn't seem like you thought this through.

Should a woman be able to force you or the rapist to get a vasectomy?
