I do not disagree with you.

It may be unlikely, however the likelihood of criminal charges increases with the number of complaints filed with the SEC. It also increases with the extent of the obvious (easily provable) fraud. The Feds want slam dunks.

This case and the criminal fraud by Frank are slam dunks. Just need to get some complaints filed.
