I honestly believe (and have said before) ...Playing out his right to the legal process (in spite of his arguments lack of legitimacy) is the only real card that Calasse has ever held here.

Maliciously wasting time has been his only game. He has never provided any actual responses/reasoning that have ever impressed the courts previously.


The judge in the lower court actually laughed at his legal team's stance during the last reconsideration go around (I watched it live via BlueJeans app).... so there's that.

Calasse is out of the ammunition that he has been afforded via due process in my opinion....If he does file a response today, it is going to get the boot IMHO.
