Better to ask why they didn’t defend their shares over the years and what was this management thinking during the May 10 collapse.

If it was goody we will get our bonus with cheaper shares they should be voted down. My vote was a thumbs down other than the share increase and external Director compensation. I should have voted down the share increase. Let them come back with a smaller amount of shares to mirror them losing bonuses until they care about the share price.
