I think I should add that on December 31st last year we closed at $.70, if we close this year at essentially where we are today at the end of the year, we'll be up nearly 20% on the year. This has been a very turbulent year for all the worlds stock markets, I'd be willing to bet that 99% of your friends who're investors would be thrilled with 20% for the past year, most would be thrilled with 10% and many would be happy to just be even for the year.

Certainly all of us who guessed at the closing price for the year believed that we'd probably have approval from at least one of the regulators, and new partnerships by this time. Clearly that hasn't come to pass. I for one can't swear it will happen in 2023, though I believe that we should have approval from all four regulators by the end of the year if we're not held up by the approval of the FlaskWorks unit. I believe that's what's holding up progress, and until it's resolved only approval in the U.K. is possible if the U.K. is willing to accept the facilities as established by Advent.
