True words, I have been lucky. But then I stopped smoking , worked hard to gain my weight back. I was down to 107 lbs. Each year I would gain 15-20 lbs. Once I got up to 170, I started to get some stents to fix my legs and heart. They helped quickly, now I keep my weight at 185-90, got to work at it. Mexico trip didn't agree with me, I used the water to brush, big mistake. I lost 15 lbs, took me six months to get it back and keep it. I also go to bed same time, and see my doctor's each year.
