It is owned by their venture firm. But it’s not where the value resides, any more than any contract manufacturer is anything other than a contract manufacturer, which is only as valuable as the contracts with customers and it’s plant and equipment and personnel, much of which is potentially impermanent, and is more a cost than an asset that can be “sold”.

Advent is not the valuable asset here.
