That is true on that. Where they fail in my world is customer service. Their security is over the top. I asked for a paper check to be sent. They require a 3 way conversation between bank, them and me. Had to fax documents etc. A fookin request. Answered and provided all security questions. They have a bad history of making things complicated for customers. TD is fluid and customer friendly.
