Henry Ford had the right idea when he gave his employees a wage of 5 dollars per day.... he reasoned that if his workers had more wages, then they could afford to buy the cars the company was making... it worked, and the volume of cars sold skyrocketed, and then other industries benefited by the added consumption by higher wages....Lodas
