If the CEOs still require their billions then you are correct, but if the CEOs scale back, wages will come into balance.
You don’t seem to understand that the economy does not operate in a vacuum.
More money in a poor man’s hands pays for food and housing and that money then buys other things.
But when all the money goes to the top and they stash it away, it reduces the money supply and less money should increase it’s value.
The FED keeps printing money to counter that and those two dynamics are the problem
