Cologuard is easy to use and the logistics are simple. You don't bring anything to your doctor's office—you take the sealed box to any UPS store and just drop it off (no waiting in line), or you call UPS for a pickup.

If I'm going to eschew a colonoscopy, I want the test with the best sensitivity and specificity for both cancer and precancerous lesions. It seems intuitively obvious that a stool-based test will outperform a blood test for standard-risk subjects and, at least for now, it does.
