Did you ever figure out why we had this authorization date of 2-21-22?

The only other thing I can find with a February date (and I doubt this is related) is the PIP submission date per this PR: https://nwbio.com/northwest-biotherapeutics-announces-approval-of-pediatric-investigation-plan-pip-by-mhra-pip-approval-is-a-pre-requisite-for-application-for-approval-of-a-new-medicine-for-adult-patients/
