Let them track away. My history will never be deleted or go away. Yeah this had a pop but here we are with the CE still firmly in play.
I still don’t think the CE comes down until the SEC case is settled.
There are dam near zero revenues coming in here. The ROFR nonsense is comical. How many years will that fiddle be played. If the person believes so much in DBMM why not give them the $3 mil to fight the SEC or cure all past filings? It’s a dangled carrot at best IMO.

This could have all been settled long ago by either turning in all the info or making a deal with the SEC. Either way would have been faster and cheaper than dragging it out for years and DBMM could have already been trading. Not that I think it honestly matters either way as there is no revenue here to speak of
