That's just ludicrous nonsense. What you are seeing is the daily temporary shorts that occur on almost every sale on every OTC stock ... and those shorts are cured within minutes to milli-seconds.

The OTC is NOT an exchange. If it were not for those daily shorts, there would be no OTC market ... as in none!!
