Ramfan, I can’t think of a reasonable scenario where AMRN doesn’t walk away from the settlement with HN without significant and meaningful results. Some have suggested AMRN may have compromised to clear the decks of legal issues. I say not likely since they are actively pursuing an appeal against Hikma. Whatever the reason for the settlement, it must be advantageous and meaningful to AMRN success. IMO.
