I think the fact that Moderna is a large company plays a huge role. Larger companies can get away with this. Look at Tesla. If Elon was in charge of an OTC company and made the statements he does, the stock would get shredded. If you look at CVM, its CEO would try to pump its stock. I think that pumping had a negative effect.
