Dr Lebby's words seem unclear at 13:20 in the exact spot where he talks about the "Polymer PDK operational in foundry" part of the slide. What exactly did he say here?

We [indecipherable] have our Polymer PDK operational in the foundaries...

Is he saying: "We all have"? or "We oughtta have" or "We now have" or "We uh have"

My philosophy is to just be honest and balanced, and let the market decide if it agrees or not.
