“What does this mean?”

LWLG did a shelf registration to register $100,000,000 worth of stock July 2,2021. This just registered the stock but didn’t set up a means to actually sell the stock. Looks like this filing just sets up a way for them to actually sell $35,000,000 of the shelf stock if they need to in the future.

Possibly need some cash to pay for the recent acquisition or maybe a future one? Who knows.
