Less - I disagree with this practice of publishing a paper at so late a stage in the development cycle of a potential introduction of a new treatment. There are too many practical reasons, but here's what immediately comes to mind: An appearance of conflict, reliance on views that are seen as less predictive in light of new understandings. it can lead to confusion, especially among those less sophisticated. It shifts attention wittingly or unwittingly away from newer scientific knowledge the treatment has brought to light. It fails to address the mechanisms and their effects at a molecular level to explain the rationale behind improved outcomes either on its own, or as an adjunct for further improvement. Or conversely, why the approach fails to support better outcomes.

I have noticed the identical B.S. playbook used by the the same "kind" of cadre of naysayers in other biotechs, who can't find their way out of a box of their own self-serving misguided making.
