I try my best to be objective neither negative, nor positive only offering an opinion as I see the facts before me.

I am neither buying nor selling. I have what I have.

This is the plan I see they are trying to do or telling us they are trying to do.

Whether or not they will do it, past history indicates otherwise, but I do see a real plan in place.

The FDA paper work at the very least tells me they really might actually be trying to accomplish something. (First piece of actual verifiable follow though)
