AND ALSO AT THIS TIME… “polymer plus [modulators] >> [are available in] North America & Europe >> [via a] PDK [that is] Operational in Foundry”

It makes most/total sense that two foundries right now are offering both types. And this does NOT conflict with the older ECOC timeframe guidance slide you point to.
