I am a CPA, 35 years medium sized business clients, many with sales far in excess of KWBT. I appreciate the fact management is releasing information.

SEC Audit firms need to be registered with the SEC/PCAOB. The named firm in the recent press release is virtually no where to be found on the internet and certainly not registered with the SEC.

This is a Huge issue in my opinion.
