Insider transactions must be cleared with the CEO before they can occur. I agree that the insider buy from Jerry means we won't see a partnership announcement anytime soon. If it was a possibility then Jerry certainly would know about this material non public information. Jerry wouldn't have made the purchase because Linda would not have approved the transaction.

It's always great to see insiders investing their own money in the company so this shouldn't be a reason to be upset. DCVax works and management are committed to getting it to patients. The terms of a partnership could require a milestone which has not yet been met. That could be a few more months away. We are due for an MHRA update.
