Naive OS and PFS metrics were gathered continuously throughout the trial as per the original protocol. There was no recurrent GBM metrics gathered during the trial as it was NOT part of the protocol. The data lock occurred 10/5/2020 and all the the Naïve OS and PFS data was gathered and then unblinded quickly afterwards -- takes very little time to assign treatment/comparator group. NWBO didn't even announce they were changing the protocol until 3/31/2021 and they hadn't announced they were making recurrent GBM and endpoint until the 5/10/22 TLD. All of the time from the unblinding through 5/10/22 was data dredging to actually deliver the recurrent OS data -- that is post hoc.
