ASM is happening. Finally, it is all happening! The amazing move LP et al did was JAMA publication; the next amazing move was scheduling the ASM while NOT proposing a R/S but going for increasing the AS to 1.7B shares. The next amazing move they made was suing MM criminals. Had they not done these sequence of moves but proposed a R/S and not suing the MMs, the stock price alas these con MMs would have walked down to oblivion by this time decimating the stock into nothing.

So, longs are thankful to the management for their swift actions / smart moves and much more to come that would blow our minds away, imo.
