FRCN will Quickly And Easily hit Multiple Pennies once it is Upgraded back to the OTC Pink-Sheet market like its many previous Expert-Market peers did this year...
By the way I'll sell my position at the Middle-Target price $0.0486 (in order to match its Middle-peer's MV at Top) for Huge gain based on mere 520M shares of the FIXDED OS count.
